How to Enable Actions across Multiple Phases

Enabling actions across multiple phases will allow phase actions such as commenting to carry over to other phases as an idea moves forward.
  1. Go to a Mission
  2. Click Edit and go to Phases
  3. Click Edit Phase for any phase
  4. Set Restrict to Phase to on/off
  5. Select to hide the entire phase or just the activities within it
