Activity type	Who will get a notification?
Create comment	All users who have contributed to the idea and have access to the current idea phase.
Create review	The idea owner, if the idea owner has access to the review phase.
Like an idea	The idea owner.
Like a comment	The comment author.
Update phase of an idea	The idea owner, if the idea owner has access to the new phase.
Update the status of an idea	The idea owner.
Move idea to another mission	The idea owner, if the idea owner has access to the new mission.
Assign person	The assigned person if the person has access to the Act phase.
Tag person	The tagged person if the person has access to the idea.
Create idea	All users with Editing Rights to the mission where the idea is submitted.
Link two ideas	Both idea authors if they have access to both ideas.
